Summary
Willow Elmstone, raised on the streets of London, is suddenly thrust into a seat of power when the kingpin who took her in is brutally murdered. With the help of her sister, Laurel, she seeks to hunt down the killer who is slowly taking out the leaders of all the major gangs. She has to work with the other newly appointed leaders of the under city to protect their people. One day she meets the killer himself, a man with a vendetta and the ghosts to match. He offers her a deal, help him take over the city or lose her sister and her power.
